Left-click issue in League of Legends

Hello, I play LoL and I have a problem that prevents me from playing. Let me explain, when I click the left mouse button, it automatically places a marker on the map, so I can't use any spells, at least not to target an opponent or a zone!
This bug has been persisting since the last update on 03/01/12!
So if anyone has an idea, that would be great!
