Bonjour,
depuis déja 1 semaine j'ai un probleme avec mon pc , il ne veut plus rien installer lorsque je veux installer un probleme comme steam il me fait :

et le cadre ne bouge plus , pendant 1 heure je l'ai laissé s'installer mais il y avait toujours marqué preparation de l'installation...
quelqun pourrait m'aider s'il vous plait ?
