Je viens d'attraper le virus personal security? Pouvez vous m'aider à m en debarasser?

On va faire mieux que t'en débarrasser on va nettoyer tous les virus de l'ordinateur !

Pour commencer :

> Sous Vista : Désactivez le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs
(vous le réactiverez après la désinfection) :

> Cliquez sur Démarrer puis sur panneau de configuration

> Double Cliquez sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"

> Cliquez ensuite sur désactiver et validez.

> Redémarrez le PC 

Ensuite :

Télécharge Hijackthis 2.0.2
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/fr/_download/HJTInstall.exe

> Installez le, une fois l'installation terminé, cliquez sur l'icône.

> Cliquez sur "Do a system scan and save a logfile".

> Attendre jusqu'à ce que le rapport s'affiche.

> Postez le sur le forum.

j ai tenter d installer hijackthis et j ai le message suivant : windows ne parvient pas a acceder au peripherique, au chemin d acces ou au fichier specifie. vous ne disposez peut etre pas des autorisations appropriees pour avoir acces a l element.

Réactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs ( même procédure sauf qu'il faut sélectionner activer ).
Redémarre et refait un scan hijack this !

je l ai reactivé. Quand j essaie d ouvrir hijack this. Ca me met : vous avez besoin d une autorisation pour continuer. E quand je clique sur continuer, il n ya rien qui apparait.

Télécharge Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware :
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe

> Enregistrez le sur le bureau. Double cliquez sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d’installation.

> Lorsqu’il le sera demandé, mettre à jour Malwarebytes anti malware, si le pare-feu demande l’autorisation de se connecter pour malwarebytes, acceptez. Une fois la mise à jour terminée, fermez Malwarebytes.

> Double-cliquez sur l’icône de malwarebytes pour le relancer, sélectionnez Exécuter un examen complet. Cliquez sur Rechercher

> A la fin de l’analyse, un message s’affiche : L’examen s’est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur ‘Afficher les résultats’ pour afficher tous les objets trouvés. Cliquez sur Ok pour poursuivre.

> Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliquez sur Afficher les résultats. Sélectionnez tout (ou laissez cochés) et cliquez sur Supprimer la sélection Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.

> Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d’analyse. Rendez-vous dans l’onglet rapport/log. Cliquez dessus pour l’afficher.

> Coller le rapport affiché sur le forum et attendez ma réponse.

N'utilisez cette méthode (avec la touche F8) que si Windows XP est le seul système d'exploitation installé sur votre ordinateur.

1/ -Démarrez Windows, et tapoter sur la touche F8 de votre clavier. Procédez ainsi jusqu'à ce que le menu des options avancées de Windows apparaisse. Si vous commencez à appuyer sur la touche F8 trop tôt, il est possible que certains ordinateurs affichent le message "erreur clavier". Pour résoudre ce problème, redémarrez l'ordinateur et essayez de nouveau.
2/ -En utilisant les flèches de votre clavier, sélectionnez Mode sans échec dans le menu puis appuyez sur Entrée.

Ensuite fait le scan avec Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware

Avec l'aide de ric025 ont c'est aperçu qu'il resté quelques infections.

Fais ceci:

AD-Remover :

* Sous Vista : ▶ Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

* Clique sur Démarrer puis sur panneau de configuration
* Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
* Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.
* Redémarre le PC

▶ Télécharge et enregistre le fichier d installation sur ton bureau : ---> AD-REMOVER DE C_XX<---

▶ Ici, le ---<Tutoriel d'installation>--- si besoin.

▶ Double clique sur le programme d'installation , et installe le dans son emplacement par défaut. ( le bureau )

▶ Ouvre le dossier Ad-remover présent sur ton bureau

▶ Double clique sur Ad-remover.bat.

* Si Vista : clic droit sur AD-Remover et sélectionner "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"

▶ Au menu principal choisi l'option "L" et tape sur [entrée] .

▶ Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...

▶ Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin.

( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report.log )

(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Note :

Process.exe est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Ensuite fais un scan MBAM (rapide):

Télécharge Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware :
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe

> Enregistrez le sur le bureau. Double cliquez sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d’installation.

> Lorsqu’il le sera demandé, mettre à jour Malwarebytes anti malware, si le pare-feu demande l’autorisation de se connecter pour malwarebytes, acceptez. Une fois la mise à jour terminée, fermez Malwarebytes.

> Double-cliquez sur l’icône de malwarebytes pour le relancer, sélectionnez Exécuter un examen rapide. Cliquez sur Rechercher

> A la fin de l’analyse, un message s’affiche : L’examen s’est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur ‘Afficher les résultats’ pour afficher tous les objets trouvés. Cliquez sur Ok pour poursuivre.

> Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliquez sur Afficher les résultats. Sélectionnez tout (ou laissez cochés) et cliquez sur Supprimer la sélection Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.

> Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d’analyse. Rendez-vous dans l’onglet rapport/log. Cliquez dessus pour l’afficher.

> Coller le rapport affiché sur le forum et attendez ma réponse.

Avec l'aide de ric025 fait c'est manipulation pour mettre à jour ce qui doit l'être et finaliser la désinfection.
Et on va appliquer à l'ordinateur une petite prévention. 

Pour les mise à jour:

Java n'est pas à jour, Adobe ne l'est pas non plus. 
Le plus important, Vista n'est pas à jour : Platform: Windows Vista SP1 (WinNT 6.00.1905)

A noter que pour les mises à jour des logiciels, tu as ce petit outil :

Voici un excellent petit logiciel très utile qui te permettra de savoir les nouvelles mises à jour disponibles pour les différents logiciels installés sur ton PC :

&#9654; Recommence ensuite le cycle Recherche/Réparation des erreurs jusqu'à n'en trouver aucune lors de la recherche.
