Hi, it is definitely possible to fix the issue of false contacts on audio headphones. You just need to buy a jack from a specialized store. Then, you remove the faulty jack by detaching it from the wire. Next, you strip the insulation for about 3-4 cm. Regardless of the type of insulation (single or double assembled), you will see 3 "bundles" of copper wires, usually red, blue, and uncolored. All that's left is to solder each type of wire in the right place on the jack, making sure to secure everything with pliers, as the jack has a part at its end that can be closed with pliers to lock the wires in place. Diagrams are available on Google, but it's best to ask the jack vendor for advice in a specialized store, of course.
NB: Issues with false contacts are often very simple to repair; it's relatively inexpensive when you do it yourself, as a jack costs no more than 3 euros.

Hello, I bought a jack, and I soldered the red wire on one side, the blue wire in another place (still at the jack, and the same for the copper wire). Each wire has a sleeve that needs to be heated (with a lighter), gently, before soldering it to its respective position. This sleeve is there to prevent any connection between the different colored wires. As long as the soldering is not done correctly, the connection won't be established.
