Bonjour, cela fait une semaine que je n'ai plus de connexion internet mais il est affiché que je suis conectée a interent

retourne dans ta session normal et refait un scan ZHPdiag .... poste le nouveau rapport obtenu via "Cijoint" ...

je viens de voir quelque chose :

renomme le fichier suivant > C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe.exe

en C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe ( tu as mis un ".exe" de trop ^^ ) .

redémarre le PC et dis moi ...

Re, quand je veux renommer ce fichier une fenêtre s'affiche : cette action ne peut pas être réalisée car le ficher est ouvert dans un autre programme.
Et j'ai deux application : rundll32.exe et rundll32.exe.exe, c'est normal?

c'est les deux même ....

fais ceci :

1- Créer un doc texte sur ton bureau :
* pointe ta souris sur ton bureau , clique droit : va dans "nouveau" et choisis "document texte" .

* Rends toi sur cette page > http://www.cijoint.fr/cj201002/cijKyaiFkt.txt

* copie/colle tout le texte qui s'y trouve ( et rien d'autre!) dans le fichier texte que tu viens de créer :

Pour sauvegarder, va dans "fichier" et choisis "enregistrer sous ..." et tu le nommes exactement ainsi :
Remove puis valide ... ( sauvegarde le bien sur le bureau )

2- Télécharge The Avenger (de Swandog46) :

!! Déconnecte toi, désactive tes défenses ( anti-virus,anti-spyware ) et ferme bien toutes tes applications le temps de la manipe !!

Dézippe le sur ton Bureau.
* Clique droit / "executer en tant qu'admin..." sur l’exécutable puis fais "ok".
* Sélectionne Load Script from File et clique sur l'cône en forme de dossier à droite.
* Sélectionne ton fichier Remove.txt se trouvant sur le Bureau.
* Clique sur le feu vert puis sur oui pour lancer le scan ...
Le programme va te demander de redémarrer ton pc, accepte.

> Une fois termniné, poste le rapport C:\avenger.txt pour analyse et attends la suite ...

et lorsque tu clique dessus , c'est toujours le même message d'erreur " rundll32 " ou tu as accès au centre de sécurtité ? ....

Puis fait ceci pour nettoyer les outils utilisés :

Télécharge ToolsCleaner (de A.Rothstein) sur ton Bureau.

Déconnecte toi et ferme bien toutes tes applications en cours .

Clique droit sur le prg et choisis "exécuter en tant qu' Administrateur" pour le lancer.

* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer (cela peut être long).
* Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
* Clique sur "quitter" pour générer un rapport ( et pas sur la croix rouge !) :
--> Poste ce rapport : il se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur -> C:\TCleaner.txt .

Ce petit soft va te nettoyer tout les trucs dont on c'est servi pour la désinfection ( tu n'en as plus besion ! ) .
Supprime tout les outils , dossiers ou rapports consernant la désinfection que Toolsclaener2 n'a pas supprimé .

Puis enfin supprime Toolscleaner2 ...

* Si tu veux garder Avast :

( il est fortement conseillé de désinstaller proprement la version 4 et de ré-installer la version 5 après )

* Tu peux aussi virer Avast proprement , et opter pour AntiVir ( tout aussi/voir plus performant , plus légé , gratuit et en francais ) .

Content d'avoir pu te rendre service .... ^^

Potasse ces quelques recommandations :

=> Surveillance :
Effectue des scan réguliers de surveillance (une fois tous les 15 jours, par exemple) avec ton antivirus puis avec ton anti-spyware (après les avoir mis à jour bien sur !) et supprime ce qu'ils peuvent trouver (où mets en quarantaine, en pensant à la vider ultérieurement).

=> Il faut absolument tenir à jour régulièrement Windows:

Via Internet Explorer ( impératif ), rends toi sur Microsoft Update

Effectue toutes les mise à jour critiques proposées.
Tu seras obligé de faire redémarrer ton PC et de retourner à la fonction de mise à jour jusqu'à ce qu'il n'y ait plus rien de signalé.

Par la suite, vérifie que les mises à jours de Windows soient bien en automatiques, pour cela :
Démarrer / Panneau de configuration et dans Centre de sécurité, clique sur Mises à jour automatiques, puis coche Installation automatique (recommandé), en dessous indique une heure où tu es connecté habituellement, puis clique sur Appliquer puis sur OK

Après avoir installé la dernière version, désinstalle les anciennes versions (de Java) afin d’éliminer les failles de sécurité présentes dans ces anciennes versions.
via Démarrer / Paramètres / Panneau de config / et dans Ajout/Suppression de programmes navigue jusqu'aux anciennes versions de la console Java qui s'y trouvent, puis clique sur « Supprimer », suis les invites de commandes dans la boite de dialogue qui va s'ouvrir afin d'amener la désinstallation à son terme.
Fais cela pour chacune d'elles, une à une, fais redémarrer ton PC quand cela te sera demandé .
Retourne ensuite chez Java ci-dessus et clique sur le bouton "Vérifier l'installation" pour t'assurer que tout est en ordre.

Re, oui cette manip' a été faite mais le problème ce qu'après, ce message s'affiche toujours ^^ (j'ai redémarré et refait la manip plusieurs fois)
PS: J'ai pensé a supprimer Limewire, mais le problème ce que si je le supprime, je supprimerai 300 chansons et je n'ai pas le courage de les re-télécharger après ^^
