Hello,
I wanted to install Filezilla on my PC to transfer files from the PC to the Freebox.

After several unsuccessful attempts, I wanted to delete the .rar file of Filezilla, and then I got an error message saying that I cannot delete it because it is open in Google Desktop...

Could you please guide me on how to delete this file?

Thank you in advance
Configuration: Windows 7 Internet Explorer 7.0

Euh pour le supprimer va dans : Control Panel > Uninstall a program > Filezilla ,

    Or CCleaner

Otherwise you can do it directly from the Internet by clicking here: ftp://freebox@hd1.freebox.fr

Try this approach, does it work?

    Hello,

In the "host" field, I put hd1.freebox.fr and it's not working, it says impossible to establish the connection.
I tried entering what you told me, and I get the same message.

Actually, what I want to delete is the compressed file that I downloaded, and when I do "shift + delete," it won't let me....

Yes, I understood that, but then do you know what I should put in the boxes?
    What is supposed to happen?

There is no box, you must have this page: http://img402.imageshack.us/img402/8393/sanstitre1lxz.jpg

Ah yes, just click directly on "Log in"

and if it doesn't work, write freebox in "Username" and if you set a password, well you write it down

Well, there's nothing to be done, it doesn't want to know anything...

When I try to "log in" directly, it doesn't work..., when I enter "freebox" without a password, it doesn't work either.... and when I enter the connection password, well... that doesn't work either...

I don't know what to do...

First of all, did you follow this procedure: Turn on your FreeHD > Press FREE on your remote > Settings > FTP > Enable FTP (checked)?

Thank you for the lead; in fact, I must have activated it beforehand by setting a password, and now, with what you told me to check, I found the password and it’s working now.

    Thank you very much.
