Hello, I have a device that shows 250VAC next to 230V - 50Hz? What does this measurement mean?
Configuration: Windows 7 Firefox 3.5.4

VAC means either the voltage is direct or alternating
however, if it is connected to the mains, VAC means alternating
sorry, I can't remember how to differentiate them

2x350W rms @ 8ohms, 2x700W max (in the manual) > consumption 1100Watts / 230V, 50Hz, 250VAC, 5A (on the back of the panel)

Class AB:
It works like a Class A, being very faithful but mainly used in low power amplifications requiring precision and low noise (preamps, CD players, etc.) (increased conduction time of the transistors) and switches to Class B operation using 2 transistors in "push-pull": one to handle the positive half-cycle and the other the negative half-cycle of the signal. It has the advantage of heating much less. -
No, VAC is not watts, because I have an amplifier of 250VAC at 5 Amperes that consumes 1100 watts. I think it's more about the voltage range. But I've never really looked into it.

Ah, I knew it was the voltage beach, but I wanted to be sure, and Iasca, the brand of my amp, is CROWN.
