Comment enlever le SolutionCenter

Bonjour,
Ma mère a un petit soucis quand elle démarre sur ordinateur, une fois son fond d'écran affiché un cadre apparait au bout de quelques minutes appelé SolutionCenter et depuis impossible à le retirer. voici ce qu'il y'a ecrit "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" puis aussi "Click ok to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package SolutionCenter msi in the box below"
J'ai le choix de cliquer sur Ok mais ça bloque sur Cancel il n'y a rien ou sur Browse mais on me dit que le fichier n'existe pas.
Comment faut t'il procéder pour ne plus qu'il apparaisse.
