Faux antivirus

Bonjour,

j'ai attrapé le virus " Antivir ", faux logiciel spyware escroc, j'ai réussi à cesser l'apparition de fenêtres de fausses alertes par le biais de la fenêtre " executer" dans " démarrer". Cependant, une page de blocage n'arrête pas de s'activer à chaque connection sur le web ou à chaque recherche sur la toile. Que puis-je faire pour m'en débarrasser définitivement ? merci par avance de vos réponses....

je vais voir ce que je peux faire :-)

• Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) et enregistre le sur ton bureau.

Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer.
Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.
Une fois le scan fini, 2 rapports vont apparaître. Poste le contenu des 2 rapports séparément. Ils se trouvent sur c :
(log.txt & info.txt)
(CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner, CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller)

tu as plusieurs infection sur ton pc, dont le faux antivir !

passe ces outils dans l'ordre :

1° Télécharge Toolbar-S&D (Team IDN) sur ton Bureau.

* Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.
* Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.
* Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.
* Choisis maintenant l'option 2 (suppression). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.
* Poste le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt)

2° Télécharge navilog1 sur ton bureau :

= Double-clic sur navilog1.exe présent sur ton bureau
= Sélectionne la langue désirée dans le menu puis valide le choix par la touche « entrer »
= Petit message d’avertissement, appuie sur une touche pour passe à la suite
= un nouveau avertissement, appuie sur une touche pour suivre
= Vérification de l’installation de Navilo1 : si tout est bon, appuie sur une touche pour continuer
= Choisir option 1 : recherche/désinfection automatique
= La recherche va se lancer automatiquement et peut durée quelques minutes, patiente
= Une fois l’analyse terminé, ferme et enregistre ton travail en cours, puis appuie sur une touche pour que ton pc puisse démarrer
= au redémarrage du pc, Navilog va supprimer ce qu’il a trouvé, patiente quelques instants
= Le rapport cleannavi.txt s’ouvre, poste le rapport en copier coller sur ton prochain message.
Le rapport se trouve ici :
XP : demarrer/poste de travail/cleannavi.txt
Vista : logo « demarrer »/ordinateur/ cleannavi.txt

Note : tu peux désinstaller Navilog via ajout/surpression de programme de windows.

3° Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et enregistres le sur le bureau :

. sur la page cliques sur Télécharger Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
. Double cliques sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
. Dans l'onglet "mise à jour", cliques sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour
. si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation de se connecter pour malwarebytes, acceptes
. Une fois la mise à jour terminé
. rend-toi dans l'onglet, Recherche
. Sélectionnes Exécuter un examen complet
. Cliques sur Rechercher
. Le scan démarre.
. A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche : L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.
. Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre.
. Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliques sur Afficher les résultats
. Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) et cliques sur Supprimer la sélection Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
. Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse.
. rends toi dans l'onglet rapport/log
. tu cliques dessus pour l'afficher une fois affiché
. tu cliques sur edition en haut du boc notes,et puis sur sélectionner tous
. tu recliques sur edition et puis sur copier et tu reviens sur le forum et dans ta réponse
. Tu cliques droit dans le cadre de la réponse et coller
. À la fin du scan, il se peut que MBAM ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la suppression, donc pas de panique, redemarre ton pc !!!

il faut térmier ta désinfection !

• Pour désinstaller les outils de désinfection qu’on a utilisés :

Telecharge ToolsCleaner2--> http://pc-system.fr/
-Une fois téléchargé, installe-le et lance-le
-Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer
-Clique sur SUPPRESSION
-Clique sur Quitter pour que le rapport puisse se créer
-Poste moi le rapport se trouvant ici--> C:\TCleaner.txt
Note : si certains outils reste sur ton pc, il faut les supprimer manuellement


• Désactivation, puis Réactivation de la restauration système après désinfection :

Il est nécessaire de désactiver puis réactiver la restauration système pour la purger car les points de restauration peuvent être infectés :

crée un nouveau point de restauration système, ça peut servire.


fais une mise à jour de ton antivirus et lance un scan complet de ton pc.

Après " suppression" des éléments infectés, il semblerait que tout soit rentré dans l'ordre.
MB a pu supprimer les chevaux de troie et "Antivir "....

désinstalle ces programmes via ajout suppression de programme :

C:\Program Files\SeekappSrch
C:\Program Files\SweetIM


1° Fermer toutes les fenêtres.
lance hijackthis, il se trouve ici :
C:\Program Files\trend micro\cassez a.exe
choisir Open the misc tools section, puis choisir l'option Main, s'assurer que "Make backups before fixing items" est activé.
3° selectionne seulement les lignes ci dessous (en les cochant sur la case de gauche de chaque ligne à fixer) :

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {EEE6C35D-6118-11DC-9C72-001320C79847} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {02478D38-C3F9-4efb-9B51-7695ECA05670} - (no file)

4° Au menu principal, choisir do a scan only, puis cocher la case devant les lignes à corriger et cliquer en bas sur Fix Checked.
5° A la fin du Scan, cliquer sur Save log,
le rapport sera généré dans le dossier initialement créé pour installer HijackThis
Remarques importantes : notez que lorsque l'un des éléments est corrigé, HijackThis modifiera la base de registre mais ne supprimera pas systématiquement le fichier associé sur le disque.
Cela signifie et implique qu'il est nécessaire de compléter l'analyse du rapport en établissant ensuite une procédure de désinfection manuelle ou via d'autres programmes plus spécifiques, et plus ciblés selon l'infection afin de supprimer les clés ou fichiers infectieux qui restent.
