on va vérifier . Fait ceci
● Télécharges Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de Random/Random, et enregistres le sur ton Bureau.
● Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
● Cliques sur "Continue" à l'écran Disclaimer.
● Si l'outil HijackThis n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu s'il te le demande) et tu devras accepter la licence.
● Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports vont apparaître : poste les dans deux messages séparés stp
• Tutoriel illustré pour t'aider
• Comment héberger les rapports trop longs de RSIT

Télécharge UsbFix sur ton bureau
--> Lance l installation avec les paramètres par défaut
Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir
--> Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton bureau
* choisi l'option 2 ( Suppression )
* Ton bureau disparaîtra et le pc redémarrera .
* Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l'outil.
* Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra avec le bureau .
* Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )
* ( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )
* :!: UsbFix te proposera d'uploader un dossier compressé à cette adresse : https://www.ionos.fr/?affiliate_id=77097
* Ce dossier a été créé par UsbFix et est enregistré sur ton bureau.
* Merci de l'envoyer à l'adresse indiquée afin d'aider l'auteur de UsbFix dans ses recherches.

● L'analyse peut durer un bon moment.....
● Une fois l'analyse terminée, cliques sur "OK" puis sur "Afficher les résultats"
● Vérifies que tout est bien coché et cliques sur "Supprimer la sélection" => et ensuite sur "OK"
● Un rapport va s'ouvrir dans le bloc note... Fais un copié/collé du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum
● Il se pourrait que certains fichiers devront être supprimés au redémarrage du PC... Faites le en cliquant sur "oui" à la question posée

MABM est très régulièrement mis à jour pour ne pas supprimer les fichiers légitimes de windows, donc pas de craintes de ce côté là.

Avast n'est pas le meilleur des antivirus . Si tu veux bien , on en changera après la désinfection.

Actuellement , tu es infecté . Donc , fais ce que je te propose . Ce n'est pas parce que un fichier est impossible à scanner qu'il est infecté.Il peut être simplement en cours d'exécution .

► Et important, enregistre le sur le bureau.
Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :
► Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.
► Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.
Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.
- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.
/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.
- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.
- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)
► Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.
► Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.
Si ça ne marche pas, tu vires combofix de sur ton bureau et tu télécharge depuis ce lien jacombo qui est combofix renommé cela permet de contrer certaine infection, tu le mets sur ton bureau et tu suis les explications données dans la procédure de combofix

► Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.
Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.
- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.
/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.
- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.
- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)
► Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.
► Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.
Si ça ne marche pas, tu vires combofix de sur ton bureau et tu télécharge depuis ce lien jacombo qui est combofix renommé cela permet de contrer certaine infection, tu le mets sur ton bureau et tu suis les explications données dans la procédure de combofix

● Télécharges Malwarebytes
● Tu auras un tutoriel à ta disposition pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.
● Fais la mise à jour du logiciel (elle se fait normalement à l'installation)
● Lance une analyse complète en cliquant sur "Exécuter un examen complet"
● Sélectionnes les disques que tu veux analyser et cliques sur "Lancer l'examen"
● L'analyse peut durer un bon moment.....
● Une fois l'analyse terminée, cliques sur "OK" puis sur "Afficher les résultats"
● Vérifies que tout est bien coché et cliques sur "Supprimer la sélection" => et ensuite sur "OK"
● Un rapport va s'ouvrir dans le bloc note... Fais un copié/collé du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum
● Il se pourrait que certains fichiers devront être supprimés au redémarrage du PC... Faites le en cliquant sur "oui" à la question posée
Les créateurs d'infections utilisent les emplacements des fichiers système pour hébérger les infections, d'où les fichiers . dll ou exe dans ces series d'infections.
MABM est très régulièrement mis à jour pour ne pas supprimer les fichiers légitimes de windows, donc pas de craintes de ce côté là.
