ArcSoft TotalMedia 3.5 issue

Hello,

When I install the software, I'm asked for the license key and my username at one point during the installation. How can I obtain these? Is it possible to find them on the internet? If so, please indicate a website.
Or if someone has already installed this product on their computer, could they tell me how they did it?

    For your name, it's Microsoft, you write it twice, and the license number is on the envelope that contains the disk under ArcSoft. For me, it's installed, but I'm missing some drivers; it's not working for TV and radio. Hi.

    I just bought it on Rue du Commerce with the TNT Techgear U5071 key and I'm still getting this message! Please help.

      Hi, for the username you put yours and the code is just a small label stuck on the CD cover!!! (a big code with numbers) It's true, it's not easy to find; I looked for mine for about 20 minutes!!!
