[Write Exponent 12] 10² or 10³ ok but... Solved/Closed

Hi everyone,   A question that might seem silly, but how can I write 10^12 (10 to the power of 12) like I can write 10² (10 to the power of 2)??   I can't find those damn little numbers!!! if you have Windows, there is a hidden function to perform complex mathematical equations  it can be found here  C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft shared\equation\  in this folder, you can open the file EQNEDT32.EXE  and that's it  otherwise in Word for example, you can select the number you want to put as an exponent, right-click and select "font", there you can check the "superscript" box  best regards

hello for an exponent on tt 2 or 3 you write the n.b then press Alt + 0178 for the square and ALT+0179 for cube 12² or 12³

for Open Office 2010 type the numbers (that you want to put in superscript) select them, then "right click" then "font" and in effect check "superscript"  for other word processors otherwise you can search for it on a website and do a copy-paste  good luck

Hello everyone!  I was just looking for a website to help me add superscripts in Word, and I finally found it. So, I’m going to share the answer for anyone who didn’t understand how to do it before.  For example, I’m currently working on a presentation about The Conquest of Women's Rights in France, and for the names, I need to add superscripts. You just need to do this, for example:  Théroigne de Méricourt1 --> Select the number (here the 1) --> Right-click --> Font --> Scroll down to the Attributes group and check the box for "superscript" --> Click OK  And then you’re all set. First of all, I want to thank Fcduo because without their not very detailed information, I would never have figured out how to do it.  So thank you. And goodbye.

On FCP (Final Cut Pro): to put a number in superscript: 1°) write the text. 2°) highlight the superscript number. 3°) set it to a reduced size and... we look in the text settings window: 4°) the "baseline" slider. It is set to zero by default, and I moved it to 34 (for example), and we can see the number gently position itself in superscript... Magical but it was hard to find... So, for example: text in 128, superscript in 81 and baseline at 34 to write E=mc2... with the 2, of course, in FCP, in "superscript" position... :o)
