    Try running it as an administrator by right-clicking on the icon.

      I have the same error code Ox8E5E0408, I just ran Live Mail as an administrator and it works. Thank you!

      Same problem. As an administrator, it works. But it doesn't solve anything since WLM still doesn't work on the "guest" session.
