Hello, I wanted to open the DVD to put in a disc and it won't open and shows blocked. What can I do?
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

    Hello,

    It's the drawer of the player that is mechanically stuck. To unlock it, you need to look underneath the player at the level of the drive; there is a slot with a white mechanism that you need to move with something to open the drawer, and then everything will be back to normal.

      press and hold the sleep button on the remote control or the recorder until "blocked" appears, do the same to deactivate

      Okay to unlock with the mechanism under the reader; but the problem comes back immediately after normal use.
      So there is no definitive solution.
