A black frame appears systematically

Hello,

Not knowing how to attach a photo, I will describe the small problem.

A thick black border appears in the selected area, right now the one that limits the frame for writing this message. Or when the OS asks if you want to quit... yes/no; either yes or no is framed. Etc...

This is systematic and does not depend on a specific app. It seems that it is the selected area of the page that is framed (selected by the pointer or by moving through the active parts of the page)

I did not request anything from the OS or maybe I made a mistake.

How can I make this black border disappear? I searched in Preferences: could not find it.

    It's called "voice over". It's a feature that is very appreciated by the visually impaired. It can be found in system preferences/accessibility. It can be toggled on/off by pressing cmd+F5
