Hello,

My MacBook Pro won't start, just a black screen with two icons, one electric and the other USB spinning on the screen???????????

    I was on the PC session, then I restarted iOS. The PC asks to close the application, the PC closes the application by itself and then..... Photo here you go

    Hello,

    And if you plug in the charger, does the Mac start up?
    Do you have a USB device connected to the Mac?
    What do you mean by "I was on the PC session": did you install Windows on your Mac?

    Yes, with Boot Camp and all the links provided by Apple
    Now the battery is almost dead, maybe it will restart?????

    The Mac turned off due to low battery, so I'm charging it now
    Everything is working fine like a good Mac

    I have done all the tests and apparently everything is working normally.
    Except removing the battery because it's still under warranty.
