Pub intempestive, envoi sur sites pas demandé - Page 2

    bonjour,
    Je ne sais pas si c'est une bonne idée de formater le PC, je ne sais pas comment sauvegarder les documents, j'ai peur de tout perdre...
    En tout cas en ce moment, Avira m'alerte sans arret (toutes les 5 min environs) d'un virus : TR/Downloader.Gen trojan .IL est situé dans 'C:\WINDOWS\Temp\oqdf.tmp\svchost.exe. Donc je mets en quarantaine et des fois je reffuse l'accès. J'ai vidé les fichiers temporaires ( car 'temp' ce sont les fichiers temporaires?).J'ai aussi fait un scan avec Malwarebytes' anti malware mais rien à faire ça revient tout le temps......
    Que dois-je faire?

      Attention, avant de commencer, lit attentivement la procédure, et imprime la

      Télécharge ComboFix de sUBs sur ton Bureau :
      http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

      /!\ Déconnecte-toi du net et DESACTIVES TOUTES LES DEFENSES, antivirus et antispyware y compris /!\
      ---> Double-clique sur ComboFix.exe
      Un "pop-up" va apparaître qui dit que ComboFix est utilisé à vos risques et avec aucune garantie... Clique sur oui pour accepter
      SURTOUT INSTALLES LA CONSOLE DE RECUPERATION
      ---> Mets-le en langue française F
      Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.

      Ne touche à rien(souris, clavier) tant que le scan n'est pas terminé, car tu risques de figer ton PC

      En fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le PC pour finaliser la désinfection, laisse-le faire.

      Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : Poste son contenu

      /!\ Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton antivirus et de ton antispyware avant de te reconnecter à Internet. /!\

      Note : Le rapport se trouve également là : C:\ComboFix.txt

    bonjour,
    non pas de problème il me semble, mais j'ai été voir dans les événements de l'antivirus et apparemment aujourd'hui, il y a eu pas mal d'alertes (une vingtaine), donc y'a encore un soucis....

    Bonjour,
    En fait, les alertes sont des détections et s'affichent au demarrage de windows( 22 à chaque fois et cela pendant 5 min).

    Il s'appelle 'TR/Spy.Gen [trojan]'
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\zzrp97.dll.

    Enregistre ce fichier sur ton bureau (et pas ailleurs) sous le nom de CFScript.txt
    Quitte le bloc-note
    Fait un glisser-déposer de ce fichier CFScript.txt sur l'icône de ComboFix présent
    sur le bureau
    Patiente le temps du scan. Le bureau va disparaitre à plusieurs reprises, c'est normal
    Ne touche à rien pendant que le scan n'est pas terminé
    Une fois le scan achevé,, poste le rapport. Il est sauvegardé dans C:\Combo Fix.txt

      il faudrai désactiver ceci au démarrage. Serais tu d'accord pour désactiver son démarrage automatique ?

      tu vas purger ton PC et créer un point de restauration, car le rootkit se régénère peut-être dans les points de restauration
      *Désactive ta restauration pour supprimer les points de restauration infectés:

      Clique droit sur Poste de travail, clique sur Propriétés, puis sur Restauration système Coche la case désactiver la restauration Clique sur appliquer, puis sur OK
      ---> Redémarre ton PC ...

      *Réactive ta restauration :
      Clique droit sur Poste de travail, clique sur Propriétés, puis sur Restauration système Décoche la case désactiver la restauration Clique sur appliquer, puis sur OK
      --->Redémarre ton PC ...

      ( Note : tu peux aussi y accéder via panneau de configuration->" système "->" restauration système " ).

      Créer un point de restauration propre manuellement:

      Va dans accèssoires, et dans outils système
      Sélectionne restauration système
      Clique sur suivant
      Entre la date du point de restauration que tu veux créer
      Clique sur créer, et le point de restauration se crée automatiquement


      il faut faire un peu de ménage dans ton PC, et on va recommencer
      Il faut nettoyer le outils de désinfection:

      * Télécharge ToolsCleaner2 sur ton Bureau
      https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/
      * Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe pour le lancer.
      * Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir.
      * Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
      * Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options Facultatives.
      * Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport.
      * Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

    Si ComboFix a été supprimé, rétélécharge le, et place le sur le bureau, c'est important

    /!\ ATTENTION /!\ Le script qui suit a été écrit spécialement pour bichoo, il n'est pas transposable sur un autre ordinateur !

    • Télécharge ce dossier http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/21362097671547645/CFScript.zip
    • Fais un clic-droit dessus --> Extraire tout --> choisis le Bureau comme destination
    • Un fichier CFScript.txt se trouve à l'intérieur et se place sur le Bureau.

    • Désactive tes logiciels de protection
    • Fais un glisser/déposer de ce fichier CFScript.txt sur le fichier Combofix.exe (comme sur cette image)
    • Patiente le temps du scan. Le Bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises : c'est normal ! Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.
    • Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher: poste son contenu.
    • Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve ici → C:\ComboFix.txt

      C'est Spyware guard qui lance cette alerte
      essaye un truc:
      Désinstalle le et redémarre le PC, et tu me diras si tu as toujours une alerte
      Je te conseillerai de changer tes mots de passe importants après

      désinstalle complètement ce programme, car c'est pas bon

      Télécharge Dr Web CureIt sur ton Bureau :

      ftp://ftp.drweb.com/pub/drweb/cureit/drweb-cureit.exe

      - Double clique drweb-cureit.exe et ensuite clique sur Analyse;

      - Clique Ok à l'invite de l'analyse rapide. S'il trouve des processus infectés alors clique le bouton Oui.
      Note : une fenêtre s'ouvrira avec options pour "Commander" ou "50% de réduction" : Quitte en cliquant le "X".
      - Lorsque le scan rapide est terminé, clique sur le menu Options puis Changer la configuration ; Choisis l'onglet Scanner, et décoche Analyse heuristique. Clique ensuite sur Ok.
      - De retour à la fenêtre principale : clique pour activer Analyse complète
      - Clique le bouton avec flèche verte sur la droite, et le scan débutera.
      - Clique Oui pour tout à l'invite Désinfecter ? lorsqu'un fichier est détecté, et ensuite clique Désinfecter.
      - Lorsque le scan sera complété, regarde si tu peux cliquer sur l' icône, adjacente aux fichiers détectés (plusieurs feuilles l'une sur l'autre). Si oui, alors clique dessus et ensuite clique sur l'icône Suivant, au dessous, et choisis Déplacer en quarantaine l'objet indésirable.
      - Du menu principal de l'outil, au haut à gauche, clique sur le menu Fichier et choisis Enregistrer le rapport. Sauvegarde le rapport sur ton Bureau. Ce dernier se nommera DrWeb.csv
      - Ferme Dr.Web Cureit
      - Redémarre ton ordi (important car certains fichiers peuvent être déplacés/réparés au redémarrage).
      - Suite au redémarrage, poste (Copie/Colle) le contenu du rapport de Dr.Web dans ta prochaine réponse.

    bonjour,
    Il n'y a plus d'alerte mis à part que quelqu'un a cliqué sur un lien où il y avait un virus, antivir a détecté un TR/Injector.Awi.88 [trojan] dans les fichiers temporaires, donc je les ai supprimé, et depuis plus rien, il n'y a plus d'alerte , je ne sais pas si le virus s'est installé, je ne pense pas.

      bonjour
      tu vas renettoyer ton PC
      *Désactive ta restauration pour supprimer les points de restauration infectés:

      Clique droit sur Poste de travail, clique sur Propriétés, puis sur Restauration système Coche la case désactiver la restauration Clique sur appliquer, puis sur OK
      ---> Redémarre ton PC ...

      *Réactive ta restauration :
      Clique droit sur Poste de travail, clique sur Propriétés, puis sur Restauration système Décoche la case désactiver la restauration Clique sur appliquer, puis sur OK
      --->Redémarre ton PC ...

      ( Note : tu peux aussi y accéder via panneau de configuration->" système "->" restauration système " ).

      Créer un point de restauration propre manuellement:
      Démarrer, Programmes
      Va dans accèssoires, et dans outils système
      Sélectionne restauration système
      Clique sur suivant
      Entre la date du point de restauration que tu veux créer
      Clique sur créer, et le point de restauration se crée automatiquement


      Un dernier petit nettoyage pour ton PC:
      * Double-clique sur l'icône de C Cleaner pour l'ouvrir
      * Clique sur option, et puis avancé
      * Tu décoches effacer uniquement les fichiers du dossier temp de windows plus vieux que 48 heures
      * Clique sur nettoyeur
      * Clique sur windows, et dans la colonne avancé
      * Coche la première case vieilles données du perfetch que celle-là, ce qui te donnes la case vieilles données du perfetch et la case avancé qui c'est coché automatiquement mais que celle-là
      * Clique sur analyser
      *Clique sur nettoyer et sur la demande de confirmation OK. Tu recommences jusqu'à ce que C Cleaner ne trouve plus rien
      * Clique maintenant sur registre et puis sur chercher les erreurs
      * Laisse tout coché, et clique sur corriger les erreurs sélectionnées
      *Il te demande de sauvegarder OUI
      *Tu lui donnes un nom pour pouvoir la retrouver et enregistre
      * Clique sur chercher les erreurs sélectionnées et sur la demande de confirmation OK
      * Il supprime, et fermer, tu vérifies en relançant chercher les erreurs
      *Tu retournes dans options, et tu recoches la case effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temps de windows plus vieux que 48 heures et sur nettoyeur, windows sous avancé tu décoches la première case vieilles données du prefetch
      * Tu peux fermer C Cleaner

      il faudrai vérifier si tout est à jour

      * Télécharge Update Checker
      http://www.filehippo.com/updatechecker/FHSetup.exe
      * Installe le avec les paramètres par défaut en cliquant chaques fois sur Suivant.
      * Une fois installé, patiente quelques secondes et tu verras apparaître une icône verte dans ta barre des tâches te signalant qu'il y a des mises à jour disponibles.
      * Double-cliques sur l'icône pour être redirrigé sur le site de téléchargement des mises à jour.
      * Un conseil : n'installe pas les BETA qui sont listées en dessous.
      * Tu installes les mises à jour que tu désires

      Ce petit logiciel indique les mises à jour disponibles à installer sur le PC

      Pour ceux qui ont Firefox, je conseille ce module qui nous prévient si on visite
      un site dangereux

    oui, c'est très important d'installer les mises à jour, car cela bouche les faille de sécurité, un logiciel qui n'est pas jour, peut être exploité par les virus
