Bonjour,
Cela fait plusieurs jours qu'avast me signale que mon PC est infecté par un rootkit (Win32 : Rootkit-gen [rkt]) et j'ai beau essayer de le supprimer, le mettre en quarantaine ou autre, rien à faire il est toujours là ! L'emplacement serait C\Windows\System32\drivers\xtepj. Voilà je suis loin d'être une experte en informatique, si vous pouviez me conseiller vous me seriez d'un grand secours !

-+-+-+-> Désactiver l'UAC sous vista <-+-+-+-
▶ Puisque tu es sous vista, nous allons désactiver l'UAC qui pourrait gêner les divers outils de désinfections que je vais te proposer.
A la fin de la désinfection - et seulement à la fin - , tu pourras le réactiver.
[x] Clique sur Démarrer, puis Panneau de configuration.
[x] Choisis l'affichage classique ( à gauche ) puis double clique sur Comptes d'utilisateurs.
[x] Clique ensuite sur Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs.
[x] Dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre, décoche Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur.
[x] Tu devras ensuite redémarrer le PC.
-+-+-+-> ZHPDiag <-+-+-+-
[x] Télécharge ZHPDiag ( de Nicolas coolman ).
[x] Double clique sur le fichier d'installation, puis installe le avec les paramètres par défaut ( N'oublie pas de cocher " Créer une icône sur le bureau " )
[x] Lance ZHPDiag en double cliquant sur l'icône présente sur ton bureau
[x] Clique sur l'icône en forme de loupe ( en haut à gauche ), puis laisse l'outil scanner.
[x] Une fois le scan terminé, clique sur l'icône en forme de disquette et enregistre le fichier sur ton bureau.
[x] Rend toi sur Cijoint
[x] Clique sur " Parcourir "
[x] Séléctionne le rapport ZHPdiag.txt qui se trouve sur ton bureau
[x] Clique ensuite sur " Cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier " puis copie/colle le lien qui est apparudans ton prochain message
