Protection résidente avast
Bonjour,
j'ai un problème avec avast, à chaque fois que je démarre mon ordi, la protection résidente n'est plus active (le logo d'avast n'apparait plus dans la barre de tâche). j'ai déjà désinstaller et réinstaller avast deux fois mais ça n'a rien changer. Dans les services (outils d'administration) son etat n'est pas démarré mais je n'arrive pas non plus changer son état, il me met "impossible de démarrer le service avast! antivirus sur ordinateur local. Erreur 1053: le service n'a pas repondu assez vite à la demande de lancement ou de controle"
Quelqu'un pourrait m'aider?

vérifier ta Console Java ? :

et installer la nouvelle version si besoin est (dans ce cas désinstalle avant l'ancienne version).
voici pour desinstaller :
JavaRa
http://raproducts.org/click/click.php?id=1
Décompresse le fichier sur le Bureau (Clic droit > Extraire tout).
* Double-clique (clic droit "en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista) sur le répertoire JavaRa.
* Puis double-clique sur le fichier JavaRa.exe (le exe peut ne pas s'afficher).
* Choisis Français puis clique sur Select.
* Clique sur Recherche de mises à jour.
* Sélectionne Mettre à jour via jucheck.exe puis clique sur Rechercher.
* Autorise le processus à se connecter s'il le demande, clique sur Installer et suis les instructions d'installation qui prennent quelques minutes.
* L'installation est terminée, reviens à l'écran de JavaRa et clique sur Effacer les anciennes versions.
* Clique sur Oui pour confirmer. Laisse travailler et clique ensuite sur OK, puis une deuxième fois sur OK.
* Un rapport va s'ouvrir. Poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse.
* Ferme l'application.
Note : le rapport se trouve aussi dans C:\ sous le nom JavaRa.log.

Télécharge ToolsCleaner2sur ton Bureau.

* Double-clique (clic droit "en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista) sur ToolsCleaner2.exe pour le lancer.
* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir.
* Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options Facultatives.
* Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport.
* Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

Autant te le dire tout de suite : passe de avast à AVG (Free ou pas) ou un autre truc du genre... avast = nul
AVG free j'ai aucun problème
Et quelques anti spyware/malware/... et le tour est joué.

• Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de Random/Random.
http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
• Enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
• Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
• Clique sur "Continue" à l'écran Disclaimer.
• Si l'outil HijackThis n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu s'il te le demande)
et tu devras accepter la licence.
• Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports vont apparaître : poste les dans deux messages séparés stp

@boudau fait, avant de recevoir ta réponse, j'ai fais un scan avec malwarebyte's anti-Malware et j'ai enregistré le rapport d'erreur, je peux te le poster si tu veux. Par contre j'ai pas supprimé les fichiers infectés pcq je me suis dis que ça allait p-e fausser ton truc.

• Double-cliquez sur FindyKill présent sur le Bureau.
• Choisissez l'option 1 (Recherche).
• Laissez travailler l'outil.
• Ensuite postez le rapport FindyKill.txt qui apparaîtra (si vous avez créé un sujet sur un forum pour vous faire aider).
• Note : Le rapport FindyKill.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque (C:\FindyKill.txt).
(CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller)
• Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

dans cet ordre
1) supprimer tout ce qu'a trouvé Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et vider la quarantaine
.................................
2)
! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes application en cours (navigateur compris ) .
• Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...
• Double clique sur setup.exe présent sur ton bureau pour lancer l’outil.
• Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] .
• Au second menu choisis l'option 2 (suppression) et tape sur [entrée]
• Le pc va redémarrer automatiquement ...
▶ le programme va travailler, ne touche à rien ... , ton bureau ne sera pas accessible c est normal !
► Poste le rapport qui apparaît à la fin ( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\FindyKill.txt)
Si le Bureau ne réapparaît pas, presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , Onglet "Fichier" , "Nouvelle tâche" , tape explorer.exe et valide

https://www.virustotal.com/gui/
Clique sur parcourir et cherche ce fichier : C:\WINDOWS\system32\advapi32r.exe
Clique sur Send File.
Un rapport va s'élaborer ligne à ligne.
Attends la fin. Il doit comprendre la taille du fichier envoyé.
Sauvegarde le rapport avec le bloc-note.
Copie le dans ta réponse.
Si tu ne trouves pas le fichier alors
Affiche tous les fichiers et dossiers :
Pour cela :
Clique sur démarrer/panneau de configuration/option des dossiers/affichage
Cocher afficher les dossiers cachés
Décoche la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)"
Décocher masquer les extensions dont le type est connu
Puis fais «appliquer» pour valider les changements.

Contributeur sécuritéTélécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.

Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié dans C:\
• Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
1)Redémarre ton ordinateur
2) Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
3)A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
4)Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
5)Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du scrïpt et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum
