Bonjour, en téléchargant un logiciel sur internet j'ai eu un spam qui a rentrer dans mon ordi sans que mon antivirus (AVG) le voit... Comment je sais que c'est un spam à chaque fois que je vais sur google faire une recherche et que je clique sur un lien dans les résultat de recherche Internet Explorer va sur tous autre site que celui que je veux...

Comment faire pour me débarasser de ce spam... Merci

Bonjour,

Commence par ceci

● Télécharge ici :

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

random's system information tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

● Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

● Lis le contenu de l'écran Disclaimer puis clique sur Continue (si tu acceptes les conditions).

● Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

● Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

● Poste le contenu de log.txt

bonjour,

Qu'est-ce qu'un Spam

La majorité des infection viennent de logiciels téléchargés.
Préférable de scanner les installateurs de logiciels avant de lancer leurs installations !
Le site Virus Total est correct pour ça.

Télécharger la version gratuite de Malwarebytes, lancer un scan complet.
Lorsque le scan sera complété, appuyer sur "Supprimer la sélection" .
Toujours le mettre à jours avant chaque utilisation !

Ça ne fonctionnera pas avec Spybot.

Suivez la procédure de ep44,
Y va toute vous arrangez ça, encore mieux qu'avec Malwarebytes.

Commence par ceci

● Télécharge OTM (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau,

● Double-clique sur OTM.exe pour lancer le programme,
● Copie la liste de fichiers ou de dossiers ci-dessous et colle-la dans la fenêtre du programme "Paste Instructions for Items to be Moved" :

● Clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression,
● Le résultat appraraîtra dans le cadre Results.
● Clique sur Exit pour fermer le programme.
● Poste le rapport qui est situé ici : C:\\\_OTM\MovedFiles
● Il te sera peut-être demandé de redémarrer ton PC. Dans ce cas, clique sur Yes.



Ensuite

● Télécharge malwarebytes
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe
● Une aide pour l'installation

● Installe le
● Lance malwarebytes
● Coche "Executer un examen rapide"
● Si tu es en présence d'une infection à la fin de l'examen clique sur "ok"
● Clique sur Supprimer la sélection
● Pour poster le rapport Clique sur l'onglet Rapports/Logs, sélectionne celui t'intéresse et clique sur Ouvrir
● Fait copier coller et poste le rapport

Repasse rsit stp et poste le rapport

Pour ce qui est de l'anti spam, tu peux déjà bloquer les expéditeurs avec ta messagerie, ou en effet utiliser des logiciels pour cela

Pour moi to PC est propre mise à part tes logiciels de peer to peer !!

Comment ce comporte ton PC ?

Mais par contre Hadopi si !!!

Bon tu fait comme tu veux mais sache que le peer to peer est un des plus gros vecteurs d'infections
