Hello,
I bought and installed the ZOLID slide scanner at Aldi Belgium last August and everything worked fine. I scanned about a hundred slides with an acceptable result, let's say.
When I wanted to continue recently, the scanner was no longer recognized. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I even downloaded the driver from Unisupport. Nothing works. I always get a message in English asking me to connect a scanner.
Can someone suggest help?

After a "crash" of our Windows Vista, we found all the drivers for this brand, including the slide scanner on the website: http://ww12.unisupport.net

I just went to the website http://ww12.unisupport.net and downloaded the driver file.
When I open it, I see that it's filled with folders.
Where should I click to install the thing that will make this device scan?
Thank you for helping me because I'm really tired of searching for a solution.
