Virus msn (lien internet envoyé sans cesse au

Bonjour à tous!
J'ai un virus sur mon ordi qui envoie sans cesse à tous mes contacts des liens vers des soit disant photos, voici ce que dis mon scan avec HiJackThis, que dois je faire maintenant?? merci d'avance!!
