Bonjour,
Je suis sous Vista et depuis quelques semaines, après quelques heures de navigation, je ne peux plus accéder à aucun site. je peux aller sur MSN/WLM, jouer à des jeux en ligne, mais je ne peux pas naviguer ni sous Firefox ni sous IE8. Et à chaque fois, ça arrive PENDANT que je suis en train de naviguer.
Pour remédier je n'ai qu'à redémarrer, mais c'est long...
je vous remercie d'avance de votre aide.

Afin que je puisse mieux remédier à votre problème, pourriez-vous définir: ne plus être capable d'accéder aux sites internet.
Qu'est-ce qui se produit? Les pages chargent-elles indéfiniment? Internet explorer vous renvoie-t-il vers la page typique qu'il y a une erreur.

en fait voici ce qui se passe: je navigue, normalement, puis je clique sur un lien, j'attends (là où normalement je n'attends pas) puis la page se charge indéfiniment, et fini par afficher ''impossible d'afficher la page'' ou ''adresse introuvable'' sur Firefox.

Désolé, mais il me manque au détail. Lorsque le problème surgit, si vous réinnisialisez le programme (vous le fermez et le démarrez par la suite), est-ce que le problème est règlé?

Quand j'ai le problème, je dois seulement redémarrer mon ordinateur. fermer et réouvrir le programme ne règle pas le problème.

En regardant vos captures d'écrans on peut observé que ce n'est pas la page typique de "la connexion à échoué", car si on porte attention on constate que c'est une image hébergée.
Alors, je pense que c'est un programme mal veillant. Essayez d'effectuer quelques scans avec "spybot", puis nettoyez le toutavec CCleaner. Peut-être que cet astuce fonctionnera.
Redonnez-moi de vous nouvelle.

J'ai un problème de connection internet. Je gère un cyber mais lorsque plus de 2 PC sont en marche il ya rupture de connection internet.
Je ne sais pas si cela est du au router (ADSL 2 + Router) de marque D-Link qu'un technicien a flashé il y a une semaine.Mais quand le serveur seul est allumé la connection est parfaite.
Aidez moi les amis à resoudre un tel problème.

▶ Tout est expliqué sur ce site web pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.
▶ Poste le rapport obtenu dans le bloc note dans ta prochaine réponse.
Comment copier/coller le rapport :
▶ Quand tu as le rapport à l écran, tu fais ctrl A pour "sélectionner tout" puis ctrl C pour "copier".

à H0gS: je ne sais pas de quelle image vous parlez.. si c'est celle de Firefox, c'est normal parce que je l'ai découpé. Même chose qu'avec IE.

Peux-tu faire ceci afin que je vois plus loin :
▶ Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) (par random/random) sur ton Bureau.
http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
▶ Double-clique sur RSIT.exe.
▶ Clique sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.
▶ Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
▶ Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt (c'est celui qui apparaît à l'écran) ainsi que de info.txt (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches).
▶ A noter: Les rapports se trouvent également ici: C:\rsit.

AVG ne voit rien non plus... Tu pourras vider sa quarantaine, si ce n'est déjà fait.
Pas d'infection, je pense. On va tenter ce que l'on m'a soufflé : désactive ZA, réactive le parefeu de Windows. Navigue quelques heures et reviens nous dire si le problème est toujours présent ! ;)

bon. depuis que j'ai désactivé ZA et que j'ai activé le pare feu Windows, ma navigation est devenu extrèmement lente.. ce qui est vraiment déplaisant.
je devrais choisir un autre antivirus, ou un autre pare feu?

Étrange, vu l'usine qu'est ZA, que le fait de le désactiver te ralentisse...

Tu peux dire ici de quel site il s'agit ?
Personnellement, j'ai Avira et PCtools. AVG est très bon. Tu peux essayer de changer de parefeu. Comme tu le dis, celui de Windows laisse à désirer ! ;)
