Hello,
I have a problem with my STEPPER u3c2/2002 heating meter. For some time now, the meter randomly gets stuck on off-peak hours. This meter is used to measure the electricity consumption during off-peak and peak hours to calculate heating costs. It is not the meter that EDF uses for billing.
Today the figures are incorrect because peak hours are being counted as off-peak hours!
Is this a fault?
Or does it need to be adjusted?
Do you have any ideas?
Or does it need to be replaced?
Thank you in advance
