Ralentissement et plantage

j'avai déja posté un message mais je n'avai pas ete assez precis.
j'ai windows xp (sans le service pack 2) j'ai installer ad ware et avast mai j'ai un probleme de ralentissement a chaque foi que je joue a un jeu (World of warcraft, call of duty, warcraft 3) au bout de plus ou moin 1/2 heure, le jeu de vient extremement saccadé plus le moyen de joué et qd je retourne au buro tout rame (ctrl+ alt+supr ne s'ouvre meme pas)
ce probleme est du a quoi ?
j'ai deja reformater mai tjs le meme probleme
mes pilotes son normalement tous a jour
