Hello,

I bought a Sylvercrest universal remote control.

I have a CGV premio dt3 TNT decoder. (the remote control went to the trash)

How can I get the infrared code to use the universal remote?

I contacted CGV who told me to turn to Sylvercrest, done, but I haven't received a response from them.

Please HELP HELP HELP

Hello, for me the code 5113 didn't work. However, I searched in ASAT mode and the code 5030 worked. All the buttons work with the CGV premio DVB decoder and the Silvercrest remote control.
Good luck to everyone and thank you for your help!

      Hello!
I have the same problem except that for my remote control, not all the buttons work, only some of them.
I bought a universal remote Silver Crest ref: urc801, but the possible codes to enter are 3 digits! As soon as I try 503 it says "not found"! (impossible)
      Where is the problem???
      Thanks for the reply!

Honestly, get a Logitech Harmony 555, the IR codes for most devices are in their database, I just checked, your decoder is there, and you'll be able to control all your devices.

Connects to a PC or Mac like a GPS, comes with USB cord, software and cable, batteries included, programming is done with a PC, Mac or Linux.

Hello JO, I finally found the solution. It's a bit longer than for the others, but it works.
The code is 5113 on ASAT or DSAT. Then you need to teach it the buttons as indicated in the manual. If a button doesn't work at first, repeat the operation and it will work afterward. As for me, I also had to teach it the OK, On/Off, Volume buttons, etc..... it took me 8 minutes....
I hope this will work for you, as it's true that for 6 euros, a 3-year satisfaction guarantee is definitely worth it (Unlike what STEWARTIA says, who doesn't look beyond their own nose and provides absolutely no solution to the community.).

Thank you, but how do I "teach him the keys"? I'm very, very new to this and I don't know how to perform this operation... thank you.

Change the remote control, and moreover, the customer service of Silvercrest is disastrous. Outsourced to companies that change over the years.

Hello, I'm also looking for that code. Thank you, Stewartia, but we didn't ask you to sell us your products!!! If you don't want to answer questions, then don't feed us your nonsense; we don't care about the other remotes, we just want a code!!! You are SPAM!!

I do not sell products; I simply point out a reliable and inexpensive solution. Many people like you buy unknown "universal" remote controls and spend their time on this forum searching for IR codes. Buying a Silvercrest model at LIDL, especially since this brand is a huge "piece of junk," is certainly not a good deal.
Furthermore, I highlight the quality of Logitech's phone services, always available, and the call number is 0 805..., free of charge.
Like the first speaker, their CGV decoder is in the database. You enter the reference, update the remote control, and it's ready!
So there's no need to get upset, and for the IR codes, you need to ask the manufacturer, and if they don't want to provide them like Aston, you'll look foolish with your "button press" that will certainly need to be turned into a "paperweight."

Thank you for all your replies. If we want to change the remote control, we will contact you. For now, we are looking for an IR code. Please know that if the remote control appeared to be incompatible, it would not serve as a "paperweight" because we would simply get refunded by LIDL without providing any reason.
We only respond if we have the solution to the question asked; otherwise, we remain silent.
In the meantime, I have resolved the problem. So please avoid polluting the forums....
My SILVERCREST KH2157 remote works very well with my CGV Premio TNT SAT HD decoder and my LG TV.
The solution will be given to the interested person.
