Hello,

My CGV remote control no longer turns on my decoder, the decoder's LED remains red, I have put in new batteries.

Can someone help me? My husband is disabled and must have touched buttons he shouldn't have, well, I don't know anything about this.

    Hello
    To test:

    1. Unplug your decoder from the power outlet and wait for 15 seconds.
    2. Plug it back in and wait for about 60 seconds.
    3. Turn on your decoder.

    Then

    1. To do this, you first need to remove the batteries. ...
    2. Once the batteries are removed, press the On/Off button on the remote control for at least 20 seconds.
    3. Reinsert the batteries.
    4. Turn your TV off and on again

    "my decoder won't turn on anymore" : Decoder or TV? It's not the same thing.
    Do you have a remote for the decoder + a TV remote?
