Virus détecté en ligne, AVG bloqué.

Question

Bonjour,

J'ai un problème avec mon antivirus (AVG8), qui ne se lance plus, ne veut pas se désinstaller gentiment, et le pare-feu comodo refuse désormais de se lancer automatiquement.
J'ai réalisé une analyse en ligne avec secuser, qui a détecté deux programmes malveillants/virus dont le nom serait "worm_agentt.dq". J'ai tenté de nettoyer avec secuser, mais ça n'a pas l'air de faire beaucoup effet. Les problèmes sont restés.

Télécharge GenProc : http://www.genproc.com/GenProc.exe. 

Double-clique sur GenProc.exe et poste le contenu du rapport qui s’ affiche.

Double clique sur le fichier "Argument.txt" et poste son contenu.

Sur le bureau, supprime tout ce qui se rapport à Genproc !

Ensuite, réinstalle Genproc et exécute-le.

Télécharge FindyKill (de Chiquitine29) sur ton bureau :

! Déconnecte-toi et ferme toutes applications en cours ! 

Double clique sur "FindyKill.exe" pour lancer l'installation et laisse les paramètres d'installation par défaut. 

Branche tes sources de données externes au PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc ...) 

Clique droit sur le raccourci FindyKill présent sur ton bureau et choisis "exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" . 

Au menu principal, choisis l'option F pour français et valide par [Entrée]. 

Au second menu, choisis l'option 1 (recherche) et valide par [Entrée]. 

Laisse l' outil travailler et ... ne touche à rien ! 

-> A la fin, le rapport s' affiche ; ne le poste pas !

Ton bureau ne sera pas accessible : c' est normal !

Coche toutes les cases à chaque fois ; une fois le scan achevé, colle le rapport :

J'ai un problème avec mon pc ,j'ai télécharger un logiciel et lors de l'installation mon  kis 2010 v.736a détecter 02 trojan  et ces derniers a été supprimer par le kis mais j'ai remarquer :
-quelque sites ne s'ouvra pas 
-teneup ne s'ouvre pas dans la barre de tache   
-des difficulté lors d'ouverture mon boite mail 
après cette attaque par les trojan mon kis est endommager et ma annoncer que je ne peut pas activer tout les composant de sécurité donc mon pc est en danger (rouge) 
j'ai désinstaller le kis2010 par your uninstaller mais quelques fichiers(03) a extension dll ne veule pas supprimer   
j'ai essayer de télécharger AVG antivirus mais l'installation a échoué 
j'ai installer l'avast mais rien a donner 
j'ai installer l'anti-spywar spywar terminator mais tjr négatif et le problème tjr existe  
aidez moi svp je ne veut pas formater mon pc
