I found a rather cumbersome solution but it works: install XP Mode and Virtual PC; install the printer in this emulated XP that works well, and then send whatever you want to print or scan, it works.

I have Windows 7 64bit and I'm having trouble installing my Konica Minolta PagePro 1380F printer!

No, sorry, I've tried looking for solutions by installing different drivers, but nothing has worked... I'm about to return the printer due to lack of results...

in case the link no longer works, the procedure is as follows:
You need to restart your PC by holding down shift (which allows access to options)
click on "troubleshoot"
click on "advanced options"
click on "startup options"
then click on "7" (disable signature enforcement)
afterwards, install the drivers for windows 7 -64bits (yes, that's right, windows 7) that you can find on the konika minolta .eu website.
ps: the scanner worked without issues, for the printer I had to go into device manager and update the driver with windows' automatic search.
and then I tested it and the miracle happened.....good luck
