Trojan, Impossible de s'en débarasser! HELP!

Bonjour,
Bonsoir tout le monde,

Depuis quelques temps un trojan a fait son apparition sur mon pc et il a été détecté par avira - Antivir. Il se nomme TR/Downloader.Gen, j'ai fait de nombreuses recherches à l'aide de mon ami Google mais je n'ai rien trouvé :(

Voici l'emplacement du fichier : C:/Users/Username/AppData/Local/Temps/~temp/mlp78/
mdm.exe

J'ai aussi essayé d'effacer le fichier moi-même mais il est introuvable. ~temp n'existant pas dans le dossier "Temp". J'ai spybot S&D, Ad-aware et malwarebyte's tous à jours et scan complet.

J'ai évidemment essayé toutes les possibilités de avira, A savoir, supprimer, mettre en quarantaine, etc. J'ai également fait les scans (S S&D, A-A, MB, Avira) en mode sans échec sans succès...

Je ne sais plus trop quoi faire pour m'en débarasser... Il revient tout le temps (sur les autres forums ils demandaient des rapports hackjis un truc du genre mais j'ai rien compris :( )

ps: de plus mon opérateur ADSL m'a signalé l'envoi de spam depuis mon adsl qui est sécurisée. Seul mon ordinateur y est connecté, je soupçonne donc un programme malveillant qui enverrait des spams à d'autres utilisateurs internet.

---> Cherche ce fichier : C:\Program Files\trend micro\Jean-Charles.exe

---> Clique droit sur ce fichier et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.

---> Choisis Do a system scan only.

---> Coche la case qui est devant la ligne suivante :

F3 - REG:win.ini: load=C:\Users\JEAN-C~1\LOCALS~1\APPLIC~1\dllhst3g.exe

---> Clique en bas sur Fix checked. Mets oui si HijackThis te demande quelque chose.

---> Ferme HijackThis et redémarre ton PC.

---> Refais un scan RSIT et poste le rapport log.

Euh pour le moment ça à l'air de fonctionner, je donne des nouvelles au cours de la soirée si le trojan est redédecté par avira comme avant.

En tout cas merci pour ton investissement :D

---> Désinstalle HijackThis.

---> Télécharge ToolsCleaner2 sur ton Bureau.
* Clique droit sur ToolsCleaner2.exe et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir.
* Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options Facultatives.
* Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport.
* Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).


2/

---> Télécharge et installe CCleaner (N'installe pas la Yahoo Toolbar) :
* Lance-le. Va dans Options puis Avancé et décoche la case Effacer uniquement les fichiers etc....
* Va dans Nettoyeur, choisis Analyse. Une fois terminé, lance le nettoyage.

---> Il est nécessaire de désactiver puis réactiver la restauration système pour la purger.


==Prévention==

Pour supprimer les popups d'AntiVir : Lien

Conserve MBAM. Il te servira à scanner les fichiers douteux en complément de l'antivirus et scanne le disque dur régulièrement.
