GRABBINO Scanning

Question

Hello,
I just purchased a Grabbino scanner to convert my VHS tapes to DVDs.
I installed the drivers as instructed and connected it to the output of my VCR (red, yellow, and white).
I can access the software "honestech VHS to DVD 2.5 SE" and "One Touch video capture."
In the latter, when I press the record button and my VCR is playing, the countdown starts, but when I view the recording: it's all black... NOTHING!! It's frustrating...
Has anyone encountered similar problems and could potentially help me???

A simple thing, check that the magnet outputs are indeed outputs or use a SCART to RCA adapter (yellow for composite) red and white (for audio) with an in/out switch.

the problem is simple
on the VCR, the red, white, and yellow connections are inputs and not outputs
you need to go through the SCART with an adapter (be careful, it needs to be reversible) because if the plug isn't the right way, there's no signal.
once one touch is open, the image should be visible during recording on the PC screen
select composite input
the desired format...
however, not all formats work

Jean-Marie, I'm in the same situation as Elie13. Everything is connected, the registration countdown is working normally, I have sound and color image, but I can't watch the DVD on the player. There's something wrong.

having made a recent purchase,
I have a sound issue. I don't have sound from my VHS but rather the ambient noise (that is, the cries of my children)
I checked the connections, but I don't see anything abnormal.
Could someone provide an explanation?
