Driver EasyCap for Windows 7 64Bits

Hello everyone, I've seen many forum posts on this topic, but I still haven't been able to digitize my VHS tapes.

First of all, I'm using Windows 7; 32-bit.
I installed the same driver as in the video link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Wto2gtfxd4

It didn't work; it doesn't recognize it. I extracted the file, etc.

Now in the Device Manager, under "Sound, video and game controllers," it says "SMI grabber device." However, I no longer see USB (I can't remember what it used to say). Anyway, there was a yellow error icon, and now I don't see anything.

When I download the easaycap driver, it says for 32 and 64 bits, but afterward, I only see the 64-bit version. Isn't there a driver for 32-bit only? Anyway, I don't know what it comes from, and it's starting to drive me crazy. Plus, I'm not an IT expert. There are tutorials, but not in French.

For Windows 7-64: in the zip folder, you will find 5 .sys files.

Copy the 5 files into your windows/system32 directory

Then in your device manager, update the driver by specifying the path windows/system32 and normally it installs the drivers

It will create an OEM Device and it works!

Hello, I have the same problem
I am on Windows 7 (64 bit)
I installed the drivers from the installation CD
I installed drivers found online that are supposed to be for Windows 7 64 bit
and I can only get the visual in NTSC but without color
and as soon as I switch to PAL nothing works
I gave up on 60 hertz and switched to 50 and now I have the color visual but I don’t have sound... and once every two times it won’t record

Is it because of the provided software and especially a bad setting or is it that the drivers aren’t good?
What should I do to capture in color with sound (I’m testing with a GameCube but mainly I will be ripping my old tapes or acquiring on PS3).

I bought an easycap usb2.0 .... but the image is coming out "black and white"
