Iphone screen that is too large

Hello everyone,
I have the same problem and it has nothing to do with the zoom... The screen is slightly too big, just a few millimeters. The titles at the bottom are missing, and if I press the icons at the bottom, a small part of the bar is missing. It's very strange. It's difficult to switch from one page to another and especially to type because the keyboard shifts a bit...
If anyone has any ideas... I think it happened with an app I installed... but I've deleted several apps... still not resolved.

In fact, I think this happened after changing the icons' places. Does anyone have an idea?

I think you have activated the zoom for the main screen, you just need to tap twice (or three times, I’m not sure) on your screen to return it to normal.
