Hello,
I am using Windows XP Pro and I have a hidden folder called MSOCache which contains a sub-folder called "All Users" (like in my profiles) that has a lot of CAB files.
All of this is not located in a system partition. In that partition, I mainly installed games.
I believe it belongs to "Microsoft Office," but again, Office is installed in another partition dedicated to programs.
My question: this folder is just over 250 MB and I wanted to know if it is useful or if I can delete it and how?
Thank you for your interest.

It is not a virus (unless you downloaded a pirated version...)
Just the folder used for the installation of Office. It can be deleted, but through the disk cleanup tool provided with Windows.
