my friend gave me a wireless headphone with a dual frequency FM transmitter but she forgot to give me the instructions.... I would like to know how to listen to my TV, I have no idea how it works..... thank you very much

Hello...
There is the headset on one side, and a transmitter to plug into the headphone jack on the TV.. you put in batteries, and it works by itself!
Some headsets have a volume adjustment, others do not; you have to use the volume control on the remote only.. as a general rule, these are "infrared" signals, you should try to be as aligned as possible with the transmitter's window!
