Hello,
here's my problem:
I can no longer play with my friends on hamachi even though it used to work, and I don't know why.
Now I notice that in my connected contacts in the networks, there's a warning sign and it says tunnel problem.
Please help me, it's super annoying!!

Hello, I had the same problem as you, but having found nothing, I searched on my own and resolved the issue.
When you open hamachi, if you right-click on a client and go to details, if you look a little, you will see that in reality you are both connected through a server.
Now, there are three connection possibilities for hamachi:
Either each machine goes through the same hamachi server already configured (not by you but by the company that created the software I suppose), hence the famous relayed tunnel...,
Or the machines are connected via several servers that are interconnected,
Or the machines are directly connected to each other without any "physical" server. This is just an interpretation of the diagram present on the logmein website.
In this last configuration, the tunnel is direct (at least it is now for me). However, everything has a price. If you go through this type of network (it is called mesh), each person connected to this network will have the possibility to read the real IP address of others connected to the same network (it has a lot of repetitions, I know, but I am trying to make the description as understandable as possible).
When you go through the hamachi servers, the clients' IPs are masked to maintain anonymity. In mesh mode, if you followed me well, this is no longer the case. Therefore, use it only if you know the people you accept on your network; otherwise, it is at your own risk.
To switch to mesh mode, you need to register on the hamachi website.
Once registered, log in and look on the left for the "my network" section. Select "add network."
Fill in the necessary fields. Three options are available to you: mesh, hub-and-spoke, gateway.
In "network name," you can enter the name of a server that has already been created, as long as it was done with the username linked to the account you used for registration. In the case of an already created account, the modifications will apply once the steps are completed (click next and let yourself be guided).
If this has resolved your issue (in mesh mode), please let us know and mark your topic as resolved.
Best regards,

I also had this problem. After searching for hours on the internet, I found no results. I tested a whole bunch of solutions:
- opening the firewall port
- opening the port on my Livebox
- configuring Hamachi, etc.
- creating a mesh network,
- ...
none of these solutions made Hamachi work.
In the end, I managed to get Hamachi working again by completely uninstalling it (without keeping any information as they suggest at the beginning of the uninstallation), then I turned my Livebox off and on. And upon restarting Hamachi, miracle: it worked again!!!
I hope I was able to help some people who have this problem. And sorry for the spelling mistakes.

We will try your workaround.
Thanks again, everything is very clear :)
