Hello, I just contacted my savings bank, and they told me "they are having computer issues," and that it will get resolved, but they don't know when????

I don't believe in a computer problem. My girlfriend was able to connect; she's 2 km away from my PC. I would rather lean towards an issue with the ISP.
I live in Réunion, my savings bank is in Nîmes, and I can't tell you how much of a hassle it is. It obviously doesn't work here, and I can't even go to the counter!!
Not agree... the ISP has nothing to do with this problem which is exclusively the responsibility of the IT services of Caisse d'Epargne. Even their telephone platform on 08 doesn’t answer! You have to call a geographic number to be able to access your agency. For your information: on their side, there is no dysfunction... Really?
If you use the IP address of the site: http://91.135.185.224, you have no problem connecting to their homepage, but it's impossible to access your account management..... Curious!!!!.

It's been a hassle since at least yesterday.
I called my insurance company this morning, and for them, no problem...
They gave me a phone number for a service that could help me, but of course, they’re unavailable.
I'll pass it on to you; if they get bombarded with calls, maybe they'll move faster.
Great at the end of the month. And don't get me started on the mess if we have investments in the stock market and can't make any moves.
