Good evening everyone,

I am looking for the title of a song that may have been released about ten years ago or a little more. It's a very chill rap, with a slow tempo, not aggressive at all.
Here's the music video: there are 2 guys in a somewhat rundown house. They are with pets (dogs and cats, I believe). At the end of the song, a ray of sunshine breaks through the cloudy sky.

Thank you for helping me find the title of the song and possibly the names of the artists.

        I’m really glad, because I had that tune stuck in my head for a long time, without knowing how to listen to it again!

      No, sorry, I don't know the lyrics at all. It's in English, I think the two singers are American. But that's it.
