Hello, I would like to know if anyone knows three songs from the movie:
- The one by James Brown, when Dina (Zoé Félix) meets Alphonse (Mickaël Youn) at the Mouk.
- The one Alphonse sings in front of Kad Mérad (when he goes on the tour to find a publishing house).
- And finally, the one that took place in the nightclub, when VR hits on Dina and when afterwards he gets his *** pinched by the German.
If you know, it would be nice to let me know.
Thanks in advance =)

I've got the last two.
Anyone for the first one?
And does anyone know which one it is when Scotch is making a pizza with herbs and Alphonse is trying to flirt?
Thanks in advance.

Me too, I was looking for the first one and thanks to an app on my phone that recognized the music, I found it =D it's: James Brown - People Get Up And Drive Your Funky Soul There you go ;)
.....
Did you find the name when he's making the pizza?
Good evening,
I am setting myself the same goal...
I have a lead, after listening to a certain discography: I am convinced that it is the smooth voice of Sylvia Robinson (comparing truly similar vocal moments with that sought-after track)... But I can't seem to find the track in question.
I had called Warner Music and I spoke to an intern who told me that it was probably an unmarketable track, created specifically for the film (except that it really sounds like the '70s, impossible to recreate that in my opinion)
I had also called Universal Music (who is also connected with the film's soundtrack) who politely brushed me off, saying they didn't have the time or resources to handle my request...
Since then, I have somewhat given up on the matter.
Anyway, the answer: maybe one day...

Hello
I'd rather revive a topic than create another one on the same subject.
Anyway, I'm looking for the music (in the Classic-groove / Smooth jazz style, but not Funk) that plays when Alphonse is at the bar trying to hit on Shaft's woman (the track starts at the 13:50 minute mark).
I created a request on the WatZatSong site, you can listen to the excerpt in question at this
address:
-> http://www.watzatsong.com/name-that-tune/266162.html
I should note that I carefully checked the end credits and sadly this track does not appear there.
Even the Shazam app on the iPhone can't identify this track.
I'm about to lose it: I've searched, I've searched, and I've searched again all over the web but can't find the title of a fairly old (or rare) track with just a few snippets of lyrics and some keywords. The track is not included in the movie's soundtrack; it's really outrageous.
I've seen several topics addressing this issue but they remain unresolved.
A big thank you in advance to anyone who can help me in my quest ;)
