Hello,
I have an MP5 that turns on but the screen stays on loading.......
I've tried to charge it properly but it didn't work
please help me 
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 8.0

    Do you have a reset button on it?

    I pressed the reset button several times but it didn't do anything
    the screen is still stuck on loading......

    I connected it to the PC but it didn't recognize my MP5

    Have you tried connecting it via USB to your computer to see what happens?...
