Hello,
If my Ricoh Aficio displays the SC531 code, how can I unlock it? Thank you for your help

    Hello,

    This is an error from the fusion engine.
    Press the yellow key followed by 107 on the numeric keypad, then press and hold the red key for 5 seconds.
    You will be in maintenance mode, do not touch anything, turn off the photocopier. Wait 10 seconds and turn it back on.

    If the problem persists, you will have to contact Ricoh customer service.
