question mark in blue square?

Hello,
I have a Mac Book Pro for 5 months now, but I was on Windows before and I'm struggling with many things...!
For example, how come that on a forum I used to visit, the photos or drawings representing each member, next to their own messages, are no longer appearing and are replaced by a white question mark in a small blue square???? Can you help me, please??!

I also have this problem on my MacBook Pro (fully updated), except that the blue box appears everywhere in the iTunes Store, Facebook, Safari, Google Chrome, YouTube... Is there a plug-in to stop this, please?

Hello,  what is the address of this forum?  what browser are you using?  is it up to date?  normally a cube with a question mark means that a plug-in is missing from the browser

The custom photos or drawings of the "forum members" were all visible and are no longer, and some photos added by some authors in the replies showed the same square with a question mark, with no possibility of opening them...

I am using SAFARI 4.0.3 or Firefox version 3.5.3
I think that the update is done automatically??? ... no?, that can't be possible????

If a plug-in is missing, how can I know which one it might be?

Hello,

I have the same issue but in my Mail box, there's a blue square with a question mark instead of images in certain emails that are sent to me, even though "load images" is enabled.

What can I do?

Hello!

I have a problem similar to yours. For the past few days, when I search for images on Google Images, a question mark in a small blue square appears instead of the images...

I am using version 4.0.4 of Safari. I checked the search settings of Google Images to see if it was the SafeSearch Filtering causing this, and even when I check "Do not filter search results," it still lags... what should I do???

It's very silly, but when I connect elsewhere, I no longer have this problem at all; the images load normally and quickly... in my case, I think it's due to my internet connection...

Before you start fiddling with everything, check the date and time on your computer. Are they set correctly?
