With Acer's PC or Laptop, you have a hidden partition, which allows you to restore your pc to factory settings.
For this to Big ACER Logo
You keep the Alt key and tapping on the F10
You will be able to reinstall your system ...
tried several times if it does not work the first time
Don't forget : Alt+F10 simultaneously

look i haven't Acer eRecovery Management in my laptop i formated it.. i have win xp sp2 now i want to restor the origin vista .. thnx
It's just not possible, cause you have formated it ...

Demandes lui si il a un lecteur de disque et si sa partition cachée existe toujours, a verifier dans le gestionnaire de disque. S'il a ces deux choses, j'ai peut etre une solution pour lancer cette partition cachée. Si c'est bon, envoies moi un MP, je te dirais ce qu'il faut essayer.
Je comprend un peu l'anglais, mais je suis incapable de l'ecrire.

Salut lacharpente, le blem c'est qu'il l'a formaté cette partition, et de plus il a un cd XP et voulais ré-obtenir Vista (pc origine)...

As t'il formater tout le DD ou juste la partition ou etait installee Vista? C'est pour ca qu'il faudrait verifier dans le gestionnaire de disque. Fais lui faire une copie d'ecran du gestionnaire

Oui, je connais, c'est meme avec ca que je regardes les forums étrangers lorsque je cherche des solutions.
De son cote, il a la meme chose, et vu qu'il ne donne plus de signe , on verra bien.

look, yesterday i remember an idea, it's when you go to Démarrer-poste de travail-Gérer-Gestion des disque you'll find all partition of your HDD, Hidden & not hidden partition. so what did i find????
