Bonjour,
j'ai un gros problème avec mon ordinateur depuis 3 jours... Lorsque je le démarre en mode normal il est extrêmement lent ( 10 minutes pour ouvrir une page web par exemple ) puis il se bloque... Je peux ouvrir le gestionnaire des tâches, mais quand je fais fin de tâche rien ne se passe... Je suis donc passée en mode sans échec afin de pouvoir me servir de mon ordi, et avec ce mode pas de problème... Pas de blocage...
J'ai donc, en mode sans échec, fait le ménage avec spybot puis fais une vérification complète avec AVAST mais rien ne change... J'ai fait un rapport avec hijackthis. Je ne sais plus quoi faire ? Est-ce-que quelqu'un aurait une idée pour m'aider ? Si oui ce serait génial :) et trop sympa !
J'envoie le rapport d'hijackthis en espérant que ça puisse aider... Merci beaucoup pour votre réponse.
