Virus dans la base sans cle

Bonjour,
j ai attrapé un virus sur msn , j arrive pas a m en debarrasser, j ai antivir, j ai fait un msn cleaner,

rien n y fait

    Bonsoir,

    téléchargez Malwarebytes free ici --> http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
    Installez le et laissez le se mettre à jour

    Redémarrez en mode sans échec, puis lancez un scan avec malware (scan rapide suffira), quand il a fini, s'il a trouvé des fichiers infectés, suprrimez tout.
    Refaites un scan antivir quand aussi tout de suite après, puis un petit nettoyage avec ccleaner.

    Redémarrez

      j ai telechargé, redemarrer et je viens de lancer un scan rapide, antivir a detecté un cheval de trtoie, je l ai supprimé, j attends la fin du scan et coninuerai ,
      par contre mode sans echec ça je sais psa faire,
      je vous tiens au courant

        Ouille, il faut faire vos scan et mise en quarantaine en MODE SANS ECHEC !!!!

        Quand vous redémarrez l'ordinateur, appuyez tout de suite sur f8 à répétition le plus vite possible jusqu'à ce qu'apparaisse une page qui vous propose plusieurs façons de démarrer

        Et là seulement, vous pourrez scanner utilement, puisque sans connexion internet pendant ce temps !!!

        Faites comme ça et tenez-moi au courant

            Vous n'être pas dans le bios au moins ???
            Vous avez bien taper sur f8 ? pas sur SUPPR ?

            Si vous êtes dans le bios, la plupart du temps la page est bleue (et vous avez un menu avec CMOS, si vous voyez àa, tapez f10 puis Y et quittez.

            Si votre installation de windows est en français à l'origine, la page sur laquelle vous tomberez en tapant f8 est en français aussi
