How to delete cyber security

Hello,

I just bought an Acer notebook running Windows XP, and today I have a window called Cyber Security that prevents me from doing any searches or browsing the web.... I would like to know how to quickly and permanently remove it from my computer as it is seriously starting to annoy me....

Thank you for replying if this has happened to you and you have a solution that would solve my problem.

    You need to go to
    Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (for XP)
    Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (for Vista & Seven)

    You search for the program you want to uninstall and you can remove it.

      I JUST TRIED IT DIRECTLY but it doesn’t work which drives me crazy.
      every time I try to do it, the cyber security window reopens and asks me to pay for an antivirus license. so if you know any other solutions I would be very grateful, and thank you for replying so quickly!!!

    You have several solutions:

    > Download Cyber security. Launch the installation. The installer will detect the presence of the antivirus on your PC and will offer you the choice between (update, repair, uninstall) it seems. Choose the uninstall option and follow the instructions.

    > You can also download the software Your uninstaller available in trial version on the web, which will allow you to get rid of this antivirus permanently.

    > You can also delete the source folder of the antivirus and then clean up the traces left in the registry. It should no longer cause you any problems.

    I have exactly the same problem.
    I tried downloading it again, but it blocks all downloading sites.
    I tried the uninstaller software, but that doesn't work either.
    As for the third solution, I'm not tech-savvy enough to do it.

    Tom Tom, did you manage to get rid of it?

    it’s weird to find yourself infected on a new computer, do this:

    Open this link and download ZHPDiag:

    Save it on your Desktop.

    Once the download is complete, double-click on ZHPDiag.exe and follow the instructions.

    Don’t forget to check the box to create a shortcut on the Desktop.

    Double-click on the ZHPDiag shortcut on your Desktop.

    /|\ the tool has created 2 icons: ZHPDiag and ZHPFix.

    Click on the magnifying glass to start the scan.

    Let the tool work, it might take quite a while.

    Close ZHPDiag at the end of the scan.

    Click on Browse and find the folder where ZHPDiag is installed (usually C:\Program Files\ZHPDiag).

    Select the ZHPDiag.txt file.

    To remove Cyber security:

    1) Print these instructions because you will need to close all windows and applications during the installation and scanning.

    2) Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) and save it on your Desktop from this link:

    3) At the end of the download, close all windows and programs, including this one.

    4) Double-click on the Download_mbam-setup.exe icon on your desktop to start the installation program.

    5) During installation, follow the prompts (especially the language selection and internet access permission). Do not change the default settings, and at the end of the installation, make sure that the options Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware are checked.

    6) MBAM will start automatically and will prompt to update the program before launching a scan. Since MBAM automatically updates at the end of installation, click OK to close the dialog box. The main MBAM window appears:

    7) In the scan tab, ensure that "Perform a quick scan" is checked and click the Search button to start the scan.

    8) MBAM scans your computer. The scan may take some time. Just check its progress from time to time.

    9) At the end of the scan, a message appears indicating the scan is complete. Click OK to proceed.

    10) If malware has been detected, their list will appear. By clicking on Remove (?), MBAM will delete the files and registry keys and quarantine a copy.

    11) MBAM will open Notepad and copy the scan report there. Close Notepad. (The report can be found under the Reports/logs tab)

    12) Close MBAM by clicking Exit.

    13) Post the report in your reply
