How to edit the lyrics of a .kar file

Hello everyone!

Can anyone tell me how to edit the lyrics of a midi / kar file in order to correct any mistakes, for example?

    Karawin allows you to do this.

    The free version is more than sufficient and works very well, but to edit the lyrics you need to purchase the standard version, which is shareware. However, it can be used indefinitely as long as you accept to wait longer and longer between each song.

    There are plenty of karaoke software that allow you to do that... for example, there should be one called Van Basco or something like that! If I remember correctly, it should allow you to do that... do a little search for the name I gave you and you should normally find it.

      Not so sure...
      I have Van Basco Player which easily allows reading the lyrics and the music synchronized, but I don't think we can edit them to modify.
      Too bad, it would suit me well though, some lyrics are quite crazy or filled with spelling mistakes, but who cares about that now? LOL

      You can change the lyrics of a kar file with "Karafun editor"
      and even create karaoke with mid, wav, mp3 files...

      Yes, but KaraFun does not allow saving in .kar format...
      Which is a shame.

      Then, to remove an instrument from a kar or midi file, Anvil Studio in the free version does it well and we can save in midi while keeping the lyrics..

      I came across your message regarding editing karaoke files. I would also like to modify the txt file without touching anything else, just to insert blanks instead of the lyrics for example.
      Have you found your software since 2007?
