Hello,

Could you tell me how to insert a note on all documents that gives the file path (to find it on the computer once printed)?

I am mainly looking for this for Microsoft Office 2003

Thank you
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

    Thank you for the reply, yes I'm talking about Word. Where do I put this link? I tried putting it as is in the document and I printed it, but it just printed the formula.

    Thank you.

    You can put it in the footer, for example.
    It's a field.
    Once it's inserted:
    Alt+F9 to toggle between code display and result
    F9 to update because fields do not update by themselves.

    Thank you

    I'm not skilled, I can't do it.

    I copy and paste the link at the bottom of the page, I remove all the spaces and keep \p:{FILENAME\p} written exactly as it is. Then when I press alt+F9, nothing happens, I tried whether I select or not

    I also tried with {FILENAME\p}

    Thank you for the time spent answering

    Hello,

    I suppose you're talking about Word?
    If so, you need to insert a FILENAME field with the switch \p:
    {FILENAME \p}
    The { } are obtained with Ctrl+F9
