Hello

I am reaching out to you for your expertise.

I have several unpaid parking tickets, some dating back to October 2006. I am being harassed with letters (regular mail) from the company SCP Kriek and Jacky Beddouk to pay a total amount of 241 euros. Otherwise, I am threatened by this bailiff: he will come to my home to carry out, with a locksmith and possibly a police officer, a seizure-sale of my movable property.

I would like to have your opinion and comments on this procedure because I don’t know what to do and I wonder if all of this is legal...

      Uh no, sorry, the investigating police officer is not mandatory, it can be a mayor or two adult witnesses.
