Probleme Avec µtorrent ! :/

Bonjour,
J'utilise Le Logiciel µtorrent Depuis un Certain Temps et la tout allait bien ...
Puis Un Jour je retombe directement entre 2 Et 20 Ko/s Pas Plus ... C'est Tres derangeant car avant je depassais facilement les 100 Ko/s Mais la je remarque qu'en bas du logiciel s'affiche un petit triangle jaune alors qu'avant il etait vert ...
Donc il me dit si je veux tester le port je dis ok puis il me dit :
"An error has occurred!
Port 49262 does not appear to be open.
Please see www.portforward.com for more information if you need to map a port.
Please make absolutely sure that PeerGuardian 2 or Protowall is allowing utorrent.com (72.20.52.46) in either of those programs. Those of you using ipfilter.dat should make sure the list does not include the website's IP. After making sure of this, re-run this test by refreshing the page (F5)."

Je sais pas si on va d'aider sur se genre de sujet mais essaye de désinstaller ùtorrent et de la réinstallé moi j'ai fais sa à sa à marchais.

Alors La Je Comprend Plus Rien ... Le Triangle est Redevenu Vert mais Quand je teste si le port est correctement ouvert il me dit:
